- All products in the Friends & Family sales will come with a shelf life of more than 6 months from the event date

- Sales period are between 31th October 10.00 am and closing at 6:30pm of 3rd November 2023.

- Each person can purchase up to 50,000THB per account and each item can be purchase at a maximum of 5 pieces/product

- We receive payment by credit cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card) and QR code payment only.

- Gifts with purchase will be given to the first 2,000 orders on a first come - first serve basis

- After the order is placed, should you want to change your personal information such as telephone number, revised delivery address please contact the support team by phone call only 02-106-8219* to avoid mistake.

- Orders will be delivered from 24rd November 2023 onwards (14 working days after the final event day)

- For the order to be successfully delivered, the recipient's signature is required.

- If you have not received your orders by the 30th of November 2023, please call 02-106-8219* If it exceeds the specified date, the company will assume that everyone has received the product.

- Upon unboxing the parcel and within a 7-day period, if there are any incomplete purchases in your order, please contact 02-106-8219*. We recommend taking photos of your billing, shipping box and products that you received. After the 7-day period, all products will be assumed to be adequately delivered.

- If the Acommerce, the operator company of the packing, found that any product in your order is absent or damaged by the delivery process, the staff will process the product exchange. In case of product cannot be exchanged, the staff will refund according to the product price shown on the web page, https://th-loreal.member.shop/. The period of the refund process depends on your payment method.

- If your purchased products are successfully delivered according to your order and our Terms & conditions, the products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

- The Friends & Family Sales is exclusively for L’Oréal’s Employees, Beauty Advisors, Business Partners and invited friends and family of the L'Oréal Thailand’s employees. Please do not share access with others.

- Reselling or making any profits from purchased product from the event is prohibited as it violates company’s policy. Disciplinary action will be taken.

- We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy.

- ของสมนาคุณมีจำนวนจำกัดและเป็นแบบคละ จำนวนจำกัด 2,000 ชุดโดยจะจัดสรรให้ตามลำดับการซื้อ จนกว่าจะหมด

- หลังจากทำการซื้อสินค้าหากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือที่อยู่จัดส่ง ต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ทางโทรศัพท์ที่เบอร์ 02-106-8219* เท่านั้นเพื่อป้องกันการผิดพลาดในการจัดส่ง

- สินค้าจะจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 พ.ย. 66 เป็นต้นไป (ซึ่งเป็นระยะ 14 วันทำการหลังจบกิจกรรม) โดยบริษัท Acommerce

- ในการส่งสินค้าให้สถานะการจัดส่งสำเร็จจำเป็นต้องมีผู้รับเซ็นชื่อตัวบรรจง

- หากท่านยังไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายในวันที่ 30 พ.ย. 66 กรุณาโทรติดต่อที่เบอร์ 02-106-8219* โดยด่วน หากเกินวันที่กำหนดบริษัทจะถือว่าทุกท่านได้รับสินค้าครบถ้วน

- หากท่านพบว่าสินค้าที่ได้รับไม่ครบจากใบเสร็จกรุณาติดต่อที่เบอร์ 02-106-8219* ทันที หรือภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า หากเกินจากที่กำหนดจะถือว่าท่านได้รับสินค้าครบถ้วน โดยแนะนำให้ถ่ายภาพกล่องและสินค้าในกล่องพร้อมบิลของคุณเพื่อเป็นหลักฐาน

- หากทางบริษัท Acommerce ผู้ดำเนินการแพคสินค้า พบว่าท่านได้รับสินค้าไม่ครบถ้วนหรือสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการขนส่ง ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะพิจารณาดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ เจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการคืนเงินตามราคาสินค้าที่แสดงบนหน้าเว็บ https://th-loreal.member.shop/ ระยะเวลาในการคืนเงินขึ้นอยู่กับวิธีชำระเงินของท่าน

- หากท่านได้รับสินค้าถูกต้องตามคำสั่งซื้อและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯระบุ สินค้านั้นไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

- บริษัทลอรีอัลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเข้าใช้ login เฉพาะพนักงานบริษัทลอรีอัล(ประเทศไทย) พนักงาน Adecco ในเครือลอรีอัล และกลุ่มเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวของพนักงานในเครือลอรีอัลที่ได้รับเชิญเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้แชร์ username และ password ให้กับผู้อื่น

- การนำสินค้าจากเว็บไซต์ไปขายต่อเพื่อทำกำไรนั้น ผิดกฎบริษัทขั้นร้ายแรง หากพบการกระทำดังกล่าว พนักงานจะถูกลงโทษทางวินัยขั้นสูงสุด

- เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯกำหนด หากมีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
